Important message on use of the Federal Financial Report (SF-425)

You are about to access a Department of Homeland Security computer system. As directed by OMB, beginning October 1, 2009, all Federal agencies and Federal grant recipients will use the SF-425 for financial reporting. The SF-425 will be available for use within PARS. The SF-269 will no longer be available. Recipients of FEMA grants, both current and those awarded after October 1, 2009, will be required to submit financial reports using the SF-425 on a quarterly basis. Recipients will report on all FEMA grants individually.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE on CREATION OF LOGIN ID. When creating a new login ID, do not use spaces or special characters. The use of spaces and special characters in the login ID will prohibit Email functionality from working correctly.
